Mr. Sessions was born in Wyoming and moved to Utah over 25 years ago. He graduated from Orem High School and attended Utah State University where he majored in business with a specialization in finance and a minor in economics. After graduating from Utah State in three years he attended law school at the University of Oregon, graduating in 1991 with a J. D. degree.
Mr. Sessions worked as a clerk for a Circuit Court Judge in Oregon for a year before returning to Utah. In Utah he has worked in private practice since 1992. He has represented parties in a wide variety of cases and has specialized in three areas of law. He represents injured parties in personal injury cases and individuals in many other areas of the law.
Mr. Sessions is admitted in all State and Federal Courts in Utah and in the courts in Oregon. He is a member of the Utah State Bar, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the American Bar Association, and The Utah Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Sessions represents the individual against insurance companies, lending institutions and governmental units. He represents people who have been negligently injured by others, people who have been charged with crimes and people having financial problems. He believes in protecting individual’s rights and zealously representing individual in court. He believes the insurance companies do not have the individual claimant’s best interest in mind when they try to settle cases. He strives to make sure that individual’s interests are well represented in all types of litigation and he helps the individual get the best outcome possible.
