DIRECTIONS TO BANKRUPTCY HEARING

After you file a petition for bankruptcy, you will be required to attend a first Meeting of Creditors with the Trustee assigned to your case. In Utah, this meeting will take place at the following location:

From Provo, take I-15 to Salt Lake. Take the 600 South Exit.

Head East to Main Street. Turn left onto Main and head North, two blocks, to 400 South.

On your right you will see two twelve story gray buildings which look identical. The North building is the Boston Building at 355 S. Main. The first meeting of creditors is held on the second floor of the Boston Building.

Parking is available at the meters along 400 South. Or, if you continue down Main and turn right onto 300 South, there is a parking entrance half way down the block behind the Boston Building.

You should plan to arrive at least 15 to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled hearing time. This will allow you to observe the hearings in progress before your hearing and will allow time to meet with your attorney.
